I love making mug arrangements as gifts. Mugs are the perfect and simple gift to bring with to any gathering. Who doesn't love the gift of fresh flowers. Flowers bring such happiness to any space. Floral recipe 
Turkey Mug arrangement
2 Mums
2 Matsumoto
4 to 5 Red clover
1 pittosporum
moss
oasis
mug of your choice

Home-made floral preservative
32 ounces of filtered water
1 teaspoon of bleach/ white vinegar ( this keeps bacteria from growing  in the vase.)
2 teaspoons of lemon lime soda ( this feeds the flower and preserves the flower.)
My favorite product for blooms is clear crowning glory!

I absolutely love this delft fluted vase. It is one of my favorite simple vases to use around our home. It was one of the first pieces I bought as a young adult. I used to work to on a tulip farm and this fun vase came from the farm giftshop. It has deep sentimental value to me! I love how we can bring a decorative piece to life with a fresh flower arrangement!  

Supplies

1 Fluted Vase

Pair of shears

3 Roses

Alstroemeria

5 greens

5 sprigs of solidago or filler of your choice


Home-made floral preservative

32 ounces of filtered water

1 teaspoon of bleach/ white vinegar ( this keeps bacteria from growing  in the vase.)

2 teaspoons of lemon lime soda ( this feeds the flower and preserves the flower.)

Happy Fall to you! 

This candy corn floral arrangement was so fun to make! My kiddos came home and started eating the candy out of the vase. This is a fun Halloween inspired arrangement the whole family will love! Let's get right to what Supplies I used.

Supplies

Pair of shears

1 bunch of yellow roses

1 bunch of red rose

1 bunch coral rose

1 bunch peach carnations

Wet tape (florist duct tape)

3 bags of pumpkins or candy corn

1 large vase

1 cylinder vase that can fit into a larger vase with room.

1 teaspoon of bleach/ white vinegar ( this keeps bacteria from growing  in the vase.)

2 teaspoons of lemon lime soda ( this feeds the flower and preserves the flower.)

This was for my husband 40th birthday! I had so much fun creating this wood worker inspired floral design. I just love letting my creativity flow especially for special family occasions!  I get to do unique designs that won't be forgotten!
 
Now!!! let's get you to the recipe!

Here is the the recipe below to get the same look!
3 Sunflowers
5 Tropicana Rose's
3 Wood flowers
1 Safflowers
5 Leather leaf
1 Square vase
Wood ribbon for around vase cut to fit secure with pin.

Directions
Fill vase with plain filtered water. Add a teaspoon of bleach + teaspoon of lemon lime soda to keep flowers fresh. Start by placing one leather leaf in at a time. Until all five greens are in vase with the stems crisscross one another. Next put in the 3 sunflowers on three of the 4 corners of the vase. Then place 3 of the wooden flowers around the sunflowers to create a compacted look. Next place the 3 roses in the holes between the wood flowers and sunflowers. Then we add the safflowers as the filler to fill in any holes. lastly we spray with a floral preservative. I love crowning glory!

Happy 4th of July!

I love making mini vases they are just a perfect size for any kitchen! I make these every month to take out to farmers market and people love them. They sell like hot cakes! This is such a simple DIY flower design I am sure it will be on of YOUR favorites too!

Supplies
1 small mini vase
1 carnations
1 daisy
1 purple statis
1 wax flower
1 leather leaf

Steps to design mini vase
1. add leather leaf
2. cut carnation low. This is called breaking the line of the container. The carnation should be resting on the lip of the vase.
3. Add in the daisy mums 
4. add in the statis and wax flower
